This Crested Caracara was tragically shot in the wing.

Rocky, the Moluucan Cockatoo, was surrendered to SOS for care in
2009, has perfected Jeff's laugh.

Gabby, an Umbrella Cockatoo, came to SOS after family could
no longer care for the bird. Can sing entire Happy Birthday song.

See 2017 Philadelphia Conference!

Our RTM Communications, Inc., April 2017 conference is being crafted to be a very transaction/risk-based program addressing the “New Normal” in business and real estate transactions involving contaminated properties for M&A, private equity type transactions, loan participations, and brownfield redevelopments.

The 2016 M&A market has seen 80% of the activity of 2015. More private equity is participating in complex infill sites that involve a new list of emerging contaminates. The quality of risk management needed for those transactions calls for innovative risk mitigation strategies that include creative financing, bullet proof indemnities, and manuscripted risk transfer alternatives.

Some of the topics we plan to cover include acquisition and divestment strategies and tactics involving surplus/distressed corporate assets, and environmental risk management solutions for financial and real estate transactions, including brownfield sites.

Dean Jeffery Telego is President of Risk Management Technologies (RTM) and RTM Communications, Inc. Jeff directs RTM corporate development and oversees the companies’ technical operations. Jeff has been in the environmental risk management field since 1978.

Continuing Education Credits
Previously we have had approvals to offer Continuing Legal Education Credits from Pennsylvania and nearby states and Continuing Education Credits from the LSP Board of Massachusetts.

Previous conferences were approved in Pennsylvania for 19.50 General hours. You must inquire in advance for other states or depend on reciprocity with PA. To qualify in any State, we must notify each State in advance and meet all their individual requirements. You will be responsible for any application fees for the State from which you are requesting CLE credits. Please click on the link below to fill out the CLE Request form. All requests must be received by filling out this form.

The Massachusetts LSP Board had granted 3.5 hours of CEC's for Thursday, May 3, 2012, from 08:30 - noon. You must attend the full session and signin/signout to receive the certificate as you depart.

Any request received 90 days after the conference will not be processed.
